Frozen dreams from yesterday and today are thawed and brought to life. Wishes and illusions are questioned and rethought. This results in unabashed and colourful images. With its third production, Theater Power Flower once again devotes itself to social and political issues that move and touch. VEREIN POWER FLOWER is a socio-cultural institution initiated by Dalit Bloch that offers people over 60 a platform to remain physically and mentally active and maintain social contacts through the medium of theatre (language, text, breathing, voice and movement work, stage performances).
POWER FLOWER offers ongoing theatre workshops, weekend workshops on interdisciplinary theatre forms and the opportunity to take part in a theatre production as part of an ensemble. POWER FLOWER also provides a regular forum for dialogue in the form of the Plapperia cultural café.</p
VEREIN POWER FLOWER would like to fill a gap in the Basel region and encourage people over 60 who are keen to experiment, awake and enjoy the power of theatre in the autumn of their lives.
